Nice, large, clean apts
Pros
Apts are very large railroad style and the building is kept very clean. Owner is very responsive to any issues
Cons
Owner lives in the building and can be a little intrusive. No laundry in the building although plenty of space in the basement.
Advice to the owners
Give tenants privacy and live as if you are their neighbor, not a landlord.
