Terrible Landlord, Great Super
Pros
Live in Super, very nice and friendly
Cons
Horrible landlord and management company. Actively threatens tenants, doesn’t do repairs, and when they do, give no advance notice. Took a huge chunk of the neighbors security deposit for basic wear and tear on the apartment. Constant lawbreaking in regards to tenant interaction. Do NOT live here.
