great natural light with park next door

heating is very hit or miss and the school next door can be loud

Views, Relatively quiet street, nice finishes, tall ceilings, working windows
Cons
Next door school has scaffolding that can double as shelter in summer; can't control the heat but windows work well so that helps alot; would love the windows cleaned
