Don’t do it
Pros
Spacious. And an elevator. That’s all.
Cons
The bugs and mice were absolutely the worst I’ve experienced. Within first two weeks there, we saw over 20 mice and have a major cockroach infestation and the heat actually next worked. The radiators were incredibly loud for no heat to actually come out.

Decent place to live in
Pros
Huge apartment, beautiful neighborhood, renovated apt, mainly nice neighbors, diverse building, nearby supermarket.
Cons
Far from train, the super isn’t nice, the laundry room sucks, and some neighbors with dogs are very inconsiderate
