It’s fine for what it is
Pros
Central air, dishwasher and washer and dryer in every unit.
Cons
Cheap fixtures and sterile lighting. Poorly insulated so electricity was expensive. WAY too expensive for what it is.

Management company changed 3 times during one of our leases- seemed a bit weird for a while
