Could be better, could be worse
Pros
Location Affordable Liveable
Cons
Owner isn’t the best with responding Apartment looks to be cheaply constructed Strong cold drafts in bedrooms Asked owner if the apartment would be ready by move in, on move in day workers were actively fixing the apartment Apartment leaks by window in bedroom in heavy rain
Advice to the owners
Get better with responding to people, and invest more in quality apartments

Cool place but bad pest problem
Pros
- heat and A/C work great - no problems with rent payment system - close to train - clean
Cons
- pet problem due to holes in the wall - slow responsiveness from owner - packages stolen often
Advice to the owners
Sure up the security and inspect homes before move-in.
