Worst experience and management ever!
Pros
Brownstone facade Great neighborhood
Cons
Not shared electricity in common areas. Zero garbage maintenance. Horrific rodent problem. Lack of management responsiveness. Lack of heat. Lack of hot water. Lack of water capacity. Horrific maintenances. Lack of central AC power (only a few areas of the apartment has ventilation). No mailbox security.

Care about your tenants and listen to them

Pros
Really great with sunlight and large open spaces. The rooms themselves are large and the neighbors and neighborhood are great.
Cons
Did not enjoy the pests and lack of response on the managements behalf.

Check property once every few months and inquire about what you can do to improve
