People living in the building are great gets good light
Cons
Exterminator 1x per month, but mice still in walls super is non responsive building management team is awful

Terribly Managed Building
Pros
Location Video/Voice intercom (sometimes broken)
Cons
Terribly managed by landlord Non-responsiveness to tenant issues Heating system broken or faulty (heating and cooling is an electrical window unit) Frequent pest issues Poor landlord communication (for scheduled work, construction, etc.)
