Great location Near two different subway lines Good deal for the area
Cons
Mice Cockroaches Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors Owner is rude and non-responsive Takes weeks to take care of any issues in the apartment Insist you call them so there’s no paper trail Everything is a fight and they try to change the rules constantly Nickel and Dime you over EVERYTHING Both management and the super (who is also the owner) are very rude Extremely disorganized Accepts everything by mail, there is no option to pay rent or report issues electronically
Advice to the owners
Be kinder and more organized. Stop doing everything in your power to make money off your tenants.
Great layout/value if you don't mind the mice

Cons
Most units had a significant mouse problem that property managers didn't address. In general, it was hard to get in touch w/ property management company about any needs. One resident went months w/out a working refrigerator
