Great Owners & Superintendent
Pros
Carlos is super responsive and helps whenever you need him. The building is very clean and any issues the Owners take care of quickly.
Cons
There Is No Elevator so it's a hike to the top floors.

Okay but loud

It is cute and renovated.
Cons
The location is extremely loud with a grate that makes a very loud sound as cars drive over it. It’s also very expensive for the location.
