severe rodent issues, lovely neighbors
Pros
Exceptionally nice community of neighbors, mostly young families (though many now leaving, as landlord has indicated he intends to sell the building within the year/evict all residents at that time)
Cons
I've never seen so many mice. It's like Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds," but with rodents.
Advice to the owners
The mixed messaging around intentions to sell the building has been very stressful for residents.
