Nice apartment for a good price

Pushy landlord for dysfunctional space.
Pros
It was nice to have windows that were above ground/let in sunlight.
Cons
Landlord demanded 1 years of rent in undated and unnamed/labeled checks. Blamed toxic mold on roomate after they fell severely ill and denied results of mold test indicating deadly mold, basement completely flooded (showed up 10 hours after calling for help), used masking tape to seal windows during winter (which didn't work). Horrible shower pressure, shower also doesn't drain when water is running.
