Beware of landlord
Pros
The apartment itself is nice, large with good light.
Cons
The very unstable/ hostile landlord lives in the building. Constant, very loud screaming and fighting. Kicked out an elderly woman and her daughter in the middle of pandemic and not give back security deposit. Landlord enters the apartment at will, and won't wear a mask.
Advice to the owners
Don't be a landlord
