Loved living there!
Pros
Super good location by the train, supermarkets and pharmacy! The super Carlos is wonderful and will do above and beyond to help!
Cons
Old building with some issues in maintenance and cleaning, but nothing major.
Advice to the owners
Improvements on the laundry room are needed
