Good first apartment
Pros
Elevator building with trash shoot, shared laundry, and roof top
Cons
Heat is uncontrollable and stays on until June, making the apartment 80° occasionally. Laundry in building, but requires quarters. There are certainly some out of date features that would be an easy update that would go a long way.

Perfect First Apartment
Pros
The building is very wells maintained. Anytime I had something that needed to be fixed I just submitted a ticket on the online portal and someone was there the same day. Elevator, trash chute, laundry, key fob entrance, this building really has almost ever ammenity.
Cons
Overall no major cons. There are strict rules for the shared rooftop however they are not enforced.
