No complaints! Amazing location.
Pros
Very quiet in my back of building apartment. Loved my apartment layout. Loved the location. Rarely had any issues, but the super was responsive and easy to reach if needed.
Cons
Lobby feels stale/could use updating.

Pros
It’s in Manhattan.
Cons
The management company and super are unresponsive and rude. The heat and hot water constantly shut off because of a boiler issue. Simple repairs take months, major repairs take years. Overall a horrific experience & waste of money.
