Maintenance your building properly. Humans being do live here, Even though you think we don’t.

Horrible Building
Pros
You only pay electric Rent is below 1400$ for a 3 bedroom

No Internet Rats roam the building Landlord doesnt care about tenants People who work at management office are mean.
Advice to the owners
Take care of your tenants. Most of us have been living here for 20 plus years. There are people who have holes in their ceiling because of water in the walls.
