Affordable but not managed well
Pros
-Rent is stable -Newer modern building -Central A/C
Cons
-Management does the bare minimum -Basement is a spider hell -Garbage often piles up outside -Common Areas not well taken care of

Awful management, seriously
Pros
Ground floor backyard access for pets
Cons
About everything else. Management is beyond skeevy, have dealt with two dead rodents in our wall which we had to fight tooth and nail for any kind of assistance with. Flooding in basement was solved with a man coming to clean with a broom. Water damage is now turning to black mold and management refused to do anything else.
