Terrible building in a great location
Pros
This building is in a great location and the coffee shop on the ground floor is awesome
Cons
The building is poorly managed and maintained. Don’t expect any professionalism from management whatsoever
Advice to the owners
Hire a better property manager, make needed repairs to the kitchens and bathrooms, and clean up the roof.
