Management didn't do anything
Pros
You will be left alone. You don't have to worry about following any rules, laws or regulations related to apartment because the management doesn't give a fuck as long as they are getting rent. Btw if you do live here buy some fire extinguisher bc it won't take much for that building to burn down.
Cons
The building is super, super old and dirty. The super didn't really speak English and was not available to help you. There were several mice and bugs incidences (a couple of roaches) while i was there I always had to wait a few days before management sent anybody. Getting the security deposit took a long time. Duell LLC and especially the management was very unpleasant.
