Incredibly staff, impeccably maintained

Doorman, superintendent, cleanliness, amenities, gym, size, occupants
Cons
Location is a bit out of the way of drugstores and grocery stores as Hudson Square is still developing into a neighborhood
Advice to the owners
Keep the long-standing doormen and staff! It is worth it. We love the building staff and it keeps us from ever wanting to move!
