Decent Apartment Building
Pros
Every room has its own bathroom!
Cons
Mice, lots of them no matter how much you clean they keep showing up.

Good spot, poor build quality.

Very spacious and great management company
Cons
The electric wiring in the building is all messed up, so is the gas. I am convinced the first floor has some of the second floor on their power grid causing the power and gas bill to be insane. I tried having con Edison look into it but could not get a real answer before my lease ended.
Advice to the owners
Fix the gas and electric to not be dependent on the bottom floor
