Good Location, Terrible Apartment

Nice access to Williamsburg and close to the Marcy stop

Horrible ownership. Gross place. Seems like a nice place for homeless people to hangout. Mailboxes wide open for anyone to access. Front door glass broken months ago and not fixed. Mold growing on walls in the apartment. Often see bugs in the apartment. For $3k a month 1 bedroom, this place is absolutely terrible.

Try a new job? You are terrible at this one.

Management company is unresponsive and did not address major violations despite being ordered by city inspectors to do so. Stoves leak carbon monoxide, building is filled with trash, mold, flood water, and feces
Advice to the owners
take the thousands of dollars of rent money tenants pay you every month and provide safe housing
