New building gone downhill
Pros
New building, new furnishings, nice units, balcony, elevator
Cons
Non-existent management, laundry machine broken, dirty and cluttered common areas, tenants are disrespectful. The building is great but the people that live inside here know no boundaries. People leave stuff all over the outside common areas, in the stairwell, and they leave the door open so the smells just permeate through the hallway and the sounds too. People do not wear masks during COVID but also do not know to cover their mouth when coughing.
Advice to the owners
Do a little more than just take out the trash
