Great building with terrible management
Pros
Good location, clean rooms, sufficient space, nice rooftop
Cons
Low water pressure, no elevator, management sends annoying passive aggressive emails and takes forever to fix/respond to things (e.g. broken building front door, washing machines). They will also threaten you with fines and lease terminations for things you didn't do but your neighbors did.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive and less annoying
