Horrible management team
Pros
Laundry in building, elevator, close to everything you need
Cons
Management is not responsive to heat/maintenance issues, had to call every day to get heat turned on. Elevator was broken for at least six months. Also requested assistance to fix bathroom, no response at all. Also tried to hold our security deposit for invented reason. Do NOT recommend renting from this management. Apartment was also run down, no natural light, and not modern at all. Dead cockroaches in basement.
