The building is located in a convenient part of Midtown East, offering quick access to restaurants, shops, and essential services nearby. Public transportation options are plentiful, with the 4, 5, 6, and 7 trains within walking distance, making commuting around the city straightforward.
Cons
Rent is high, and while the location and amenities are excellent, some units may feel slightly overpriced given the age of the building. Noise from the surrounding streets and the nearby FDR Drive can be a constant issue, particularly for lower-floor apartments. The building is older, and while it has been maintained, some common areas and fixtures could benefit from modernization.

Easy - dealing with management, commuting, apartment upkeep, communication if something was broken, etc. amenities also amazing.
Cons
Slow elevator, laundry was a frustrating process with some machines not functioning
Advice to the owners
Be more willing to decrease rent month to month depending on elevator functionality
