Pros
- Units are big - Location is good - In-building laundry is not bad - Some neighbors are friendly
Cons
- Management is unresponsive and unhelpful - Building is old and shows its age - Some pests in the building.

Nice building, but for the price management should do more

Pretty, has an elevator, nice neighborhood, laundry in building, quiet
Cons
Management is unresponsive and doesn’t communicate, too expensive, common area should be cleaned more often.
Advice to the owners
Invest more money in the building to make it nicer
