Pretty good building

Maintenance is usually pretty responsive
Cons
Heating gets very hot in some rooms and freezing in others

Really great building
Pros
I loved living in this building. The garbage was handled very well which I appreciate.
Cons
The heat was always either too much or not on at all which I think could be addressed
