Quiet but dirty
Pros
Quiet, only 1 little kid who seems to live somewhere else more than half the time, nice yard as view.
Cons
Rats and bugs rampant due to garbage always being out of control. My floor (2) is ok so far but front area is DISGUSTING. Owner says i should talk with board but whatever I’m not staying long
Advice to the owners
Deal with the garbage rats and bugs or you’ll keep losing good tenants
