Location - near great restaurants and coffee shops
Cons
Heat & hot water broke down multiple times during the coldest winter months Cockroach INFESTATION - there were baby cockroaches all over Mice Rats in trash room and the door from the lobby to the trash room was always left open Packages were regularly stolen

Very poorly maintained, horrible management, no pest control, unresponsive management and super , no light
