Mice infestation, non working appliances and horrible management

This building is overpriced. Multiple issues with mice throughout the building. Stolen packages with no response from management. Oven and multiple burners do not work. Constant water leaks and horrible heat.

Reasonable rent in great UES location
Cons
Management company was impossible to get a hold of. Dealt with a mouse issue for several months without receiving assistance or solution from management.
