great neighbors unresponsive landlord

clean, quiet, friendly neighbors
Cons
the property manager doesn’t email you back. very frustrating. I’ve never gotten the contact info for the super and can’t get in touch with them.

Try responding to emails from tenants!

Management can be slow to respond, hot water is limited when multiple people are using it in the building.

Have a better system in place for your tenants to get in contact to who they need. Whether it’s management or repairs.
