Poor management company

Advice to the owners
Scaffolding has been up for almost 2 years with no work being performed on the facade. It is filthy with pigeon droppings and debris. My apartment is dark and I can’t see out my windows onto the street

Decent and Clean
Pros
Management had staff come and clean the hallways. The front door system was always secure, and packages were safe.
Cons
We had several cockroaches during our lease. But it happens. I will say the building DID provide regular extermination for units.
