Great building, Even Better Management
Pros
Incredibly friendly and responsive management, renovated apartment, Verizon fios compatible, laundry in building, great location near everything
Cons
Not the best plumbing, loud neighbors at times, laundry machines and elevator often needing repair

Great building to live in
Pros
Great location. Fairly quiet. Building is well maintained. Great effort at keeping it clean and in order despite being an old building. No complaints.
Cons
Pest control. But what can you do when you live in nyc?
