Great location, decent in-apartment amenities, management needs improvements
Pros
- in-unit laundry and a dishwasher were great to have - can't beat the location - lots of natural light in the common areas (living room, kitchen) - lots of counter space in the kitchen
Cons
- poor garbage management, not clear what type of waste goes where - management isn't always the most responsive with repairs and etc. (we went through 3 supers in 1 year) - there are some roaches and management isn't good at connecting you with the exterminator service they use
Advice to the owners
just be more responsive to your tenants requests and don't make tenants have to track you down for repairs
Nice Park Slope Apartment
Pros
Very quiet in the bedrooms and spacious. Kitchen came very well equipped and all the appliances worked well. Great shared living area.
Cons
Front door was hard to close but given the safety of the neighborhood not a huge deal.
