Terrible building , bad neighborhood
Pros
Pros: The ocean is nearby, and the apartments have an appealing aesthetic with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, and ample lighting. Usually, apartments come with parking spots.
Cons
Cons: The area is problematic without parking, as the parking garage has limited space with platforms incorrectly placed. Careless neighbors may easily scratch cars. Winters are very cold. If facing Neptune Avenue, there's constant noise from students, police sirens, and ambulances. The building is often in disrepair due to financial issues and poor management. Students from the nearby school create disturbances, including smoking weed on building stairs. The apartment quality is subpar, and there's a lack of trust due to stolen packages. In summary, despite good looks, the place has significant drawbacks, including safety concerns related to school kids.

Put gate , stop been cheap!
