Great landlord, quiet building
Pros
Heat is free and radiators worked well. Old pipes were replaced. Landlord is a really nice guy - responsive.
Cons
No laundry in building - laundromat across the street closed down.
Advice to the owners
Add laundry in building if possible or hookups for each apt
