Nice apartment / weird landlord

Nice apartment Close to the park

Cons

Weird landlord, would yell to close windows (while the apartment is hundred degrees), freak out if you install a bidet etc. I expect to be comfortable in an apartment if I’m paying you thousands of dollars.
