Nice location bad landlord and living condition
Pros
The location is great.
Cons
Building has Asbestos, Bed bugs and Roach infestation. Owner is a bad human being. Prepare to do a lot of battles for regular things. 3 out of 4 unit went to court against the landlord.
Advice to the owners
Get rid of asbestos and pest in your building and give the renters a healthy environment to live.
