cheap and it shows

price and location close to grocery, laundromats, restaurants,
Cons
roach infested mice infested poor management- took forever to repair water damage in ceilings unit was old and needs renovation, everything is just so cheap and dirty

Mice ingested on the ground floor. Airbnb units were throughout building, management is terrible
Advice to the owners
Clean up and restore these old Units
