Apartment is on a great street in midtown, and the people who live in the building are very nice.
Cons
Supper ignored you when something serious happens to the apt like water damage or broken shower.
Advice to the owners
Have better communication with your renters
Continuous disappointment and water leak issues

Terrible management The washers & dryers are always out of order The super has extended family that lives on the basement level and they use all the washer/dryers PLUS their private washer dryers all day It’s impossible to get anything fixed The super threatened my roommate Terrible plumbing with constant leaks and issues
Advice to the owners
If the tenants aren’t permitted to have washer dryers in unit, but the super has a brand new washer dryer in a provate closet, the super’s family should not be permitted to use the communal washer dryers
