Good safe building
Pros
Great building, clean and well maintained. Located near Q and 6 line. Quiet street with minimal traffic. Close to a Starbucks and grocery store. Decent laundry room.
Cons
Not handicap accessible. Also, sometimes some of the washer machines breakdown, and aren’t fixed timely.

Great location, good storage in apartment
Cons
Super is not able to be of much help due to physical disability, building smells, problems with mice in apartment went unaddressed for some time
