Good but small
Pros
The building is very close to the park, grocery stores, delis, and restaurants. Management kept confusing me with another resident in the building but in general has been very kind and responsive.
Cons
Small space for a studio, once in a while my packages have been stolen by other residents

Laundry in the basement, dishwasher in unit, good layout for a small unit with bay window, fireplace, pest management done monthly
Cons
Garbage was overflowing, crowded lobby area with bikes
Advice to the owners
Have a better garbage management system
