terrible management

Various folks working the grounds are great
Cons
Management never responded in a timely manner, so every correspondence was phone tag for days until something eventually happened.
Advice to the owners
Don't be such a slumlord

Beware of thin walls
Pros
Excellent super; exterminators come once a month; apartments renovated and updated.
Cons
The walls are paper thin and the tenants tend to be younger. Noise travels easily between apartments. Not a place to live if you are looking for peace and quiet.
