Ok, but maintenance problem

Location, nice tenants
Cons
Leaks, bugs, trash outside
Advice to the owners
Trash outside needs to be managed, stairwell needs to be managed

Nice building, unhelpful landlord
Pros
The finishes are modern and clean. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.
Cons
Noise travels very easily through walls. Had a pest problem that the super/landlord was slow to deal with.
