Pros
My apartment was quite sizable for the rent. Nice sized bathtub. Barely heard the nearby train.
Cons
Heat in my unit could never be reduced so my bedroom became a sauna

Unresponsive super, old building in poor condition, packages stolen frequently
Advice to the owners
Building security is not the responsibility of tenants, install video concierge.
