Psycho Landlord, Good Location
Pros
Hot water is very hot. Water pressure is good.
Cons
Landlord assaulted a tenant after breaking into their apt. Mold is painted over instead of treated, anything you need fixed is met with a “we’re going to raise your rent”. Workmen hired are drunk when they show up and continue to drink while they are “fixing “ things
Advice to the owners
Stop treating the building like an atm machine and fix things. Stop being a psycho.
