Value for unit size is incredible - rent stabilized building. Units are very nice - kitchens are probably about 10 years old, high ceilings, big windows. Management company is responsive and supers are extremely helpful and kind. They take really good care of the building and fix any issues promptly (we’ve only had minor ones)
Cons
Really none. Some people may want “fancier” amenities - we have a roof but unfurnished, a gym with decent equipment, no doorman, etc. Not important for me though.
