Good enough apartment
Pros
Exterminator came every two weeks and management was responsive. Quiet.
Cons
There were some issues that the super just immediately dismissed (water going down very slowly)

Decent for the time we lived there
Pros
1. Live in super 2. Great, quiet neighborhood 3. Close, easy access to a lot of stores within walking distance 4. Super was responsive to maintenance request 5. Relatively, quiet building not a lot of noise throughout the day/night
Cons
1. The building itself was a little dated, the lobby could use updating. 2. Trash would pile up on the stairs leading to the basement instead of residents placing it in the garbage 3. In the winter, the pipes froze but we were informed to leave the water on a bit to avoid that in the future. Once we did that, we didn't have an issue again.
